Visa – Entry Requirements
If your country is not a member of the Schengen Agreement, make sure you obtain further information from the Greek Embassy or Consulate in your country before your trip, or from your travel agency. In case you travel with Visa, make sure you also have suitable insurance coverage for emergency medical or other needs.
Please allow enough time for visa applications. Refunds will not be given to participants who were unable to obtain the necessary paperwork for entry.
LETTER OF INVITATION FOR VISA
The sole purpose of an invitation letter is to facilitate delegates’ visa arrangements and does not imply financial or other support by the organizers. All expenses incurred in relation to the Congress are the sole responsibility of the delegate.
An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a visa and authorization to attend the Congress will be issued ONLY after a completed registration form and full payment have been received along with proof of accommodation booked during the Congress dates.
